  • Makkah Hotel: Shisha or  Aziziya area 2/3 KM from Masjid Al-Haram and 1.5/2 KM from Jamarat.
  • Madinah Hotel: Any standard Hotel nearby Masjid An Nabawi, (approximately 200 meters distance).

  • Package Policy: This Hajj package is non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, in compliance with Saudi and Bangladesh Hajj regulations. No refund will be issued for unused services or shortened stays.
  • Air Ticket Policy: Hajj flight are operated on a charter basis; therefore, the return date is fixed and cannot be changed. if a pilgrim is unable to travel on the scheduled return flight, a new ticket must be purchased at there own expense. Please note that no refund will be provided for any unused return ticket. 
  • Pricing & Currency: Package price is based on current exchange rates: 1 SAR = BDT 33 | 1 USD = BDT 122 Final cost may vary if government fees or currency rates change.
  • Passport Handling: Passports will be retained by Saudi authorities upon arrival and returned prior to departure.
  • Hotel Accommodation: Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM. Room preferences (bed type, floor, etc.) depend on hotel availability. Hotel ratings are based on local Saudi standards, which may differ from international norms.
  • Transportation: Transportation within Saudi Arabia will be via VIP air-conditioned buses with dedicated seating. Special VIP bus service by seat is Confirmed in the Hajj Period.
