Booking Requirements

  • Booking money BDT 50,000 per person.
  • Hajj Pre-registration: BDT 30,000 per person According to GOV declaration.
  • Hajj Registration: BDT 400,000 per person According to GOV declaration.
  • Scanned copy of National ID.
  • Scanned passport copy (valid until at least 31 December 2026).
  • One recent passport-sized photograph.

Important Notes for Hajj Package Travelers

  • Package Policy: This Hajj package is non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, in compliance with Saudi and Bangladesh Hajj regulations. No refund will be issued for unused services or shortened stays.
  • Pricing & Currency: Package price is based on current exchange rates: 1 SAR = BDT 33 | 1 USD = BDT 122 Final cost may vary if government fees or currency rates change.
  • Passport Handling: Passports will be retained by Saudi authorities upon arrival and returned prior to departure.
  • Hotel Accommodation: Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM. Room preferences (bed type, floor, etc.) depend on hotel availability. Hotel ratings are based on local Saudi standards, which may differ from international norms.
  • Transportation: Transportation within Saudi Arabia will be via VIP air-conditioned buses with dedicated seating. Special VIP bus service by seat is Confirmed in the Hajj Period.
  • Travel Liability: Holy Macca Madina Travel Services is not liable for: Airline delays or cancellations, Natural calamities, Lost or delayed baggage.
